The Science of Cheesemaking

This class will provide an overview of the basics of the cheesemaking process including steps, supplies and food safety. Participants will have the opportunity to make and sample homemade mozzerella cheese with this hands-on class. All materials are provided.

Pre-registration is required, space is limited. Participants must register by April 6, 2025.

Cost per person to attend is $15.00
