Betsy is a sound guide and lifelong musician who supports stress reduction and nervous system balance through sound and vibration. She is a certified sound practitioner, a certified trauma healing facilitator, and a member of the International Sound Therapy Association, bringing a grounded, education-first approach to sound for modern stress support.
