About the Speakers
Matthew Koh
Faculty at The School of Positive Psychology
MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology
Matthew is a passionate curriculum specialist, educator, positive psychology practitioner and coach who is skilled in using the science of positive psychology, coaching psychology and best practices in teaching and learning to support students to thrive in academic and social realms.
Matthew has overseen the development of innovative curriculum and learning technologies for content and pedagogical quality, and enjoys supporting and supervising students through their learning journey to ensure academic success.
Jana Dawson
Deputy CEO at The School of Positive Psychology
MSc Applied Positive Psychology with a focus in Organisational Psychology and Leadership
As the Deputy CEO and the Director of Academic Affairs at TSPP, Jana is at the forefront of both educational and corporate innovations. Her extensive expertise in organisational and intercultural communication, positive organisational psychology, coaching, and mindfulness empowers her to craft and deliver evidence-based, culturally relevant academic programmes and corporate solutions.
Jana is an advocate of the strengths-based approach, guiding individuals, teams, and organisations in developing positive behaviours that nurture resilient, collaborative, and thriving cultures.
Throughout her career, Jana has partnered with a diverse array of organisations, including Standard Chartered, Meta, Singtel, PayPal, A*STAR, among many others.
Stephen Lew
Founder and CEO of The School of Positive Psychology
MSc Applied Positive Psychology with a focus in Organisational Psychology and Leadership
Stephen is the Founder and CEO of TSPP, and an expert in the field of positive psychology with more than 20 years of experience in the higher education and training industry.
He holds a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology with a focus in Organisational Psychology and Leadership, and is also a certified psychotherapist, clinical hypnotherapist, supervisor, and a fellow with the National Council of Psychotherapists in the United Kingdom.
As a psychotherapist and a positive psychology coach, Stephen has worked with clients and corporations in the areas of wellbeing development.
