Where Beats Flow, the Waters Heal & Movement Liberates
An epic experience that breaks all the rules!
Hosted at a beautiful private home in San Luis Obispo, we are humbly inviting you to invigorate your spirit and your senses;
All while immersing yourself in conscious community, nestled in a safe, loving environment.
FIVE STATIONS WILL BE SIMULTANEOUSLY ACTIVATED FOR YOUR HEALING, FLOWING, WATERY, MUSICAL PLEASURE.
Stages 'n Stations:
Yoga Flow Station:
~ We will have mats laid out for you on a deck overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. You can stretch and flow to your heart's desire, choosing how you would like to move.
~ Ana will come by for a dedicated 25 minute flow for those who would prefer to be guided through a yummy, sensual, full body stretch 'n strengthen.
Life Path Readings:
~ Victoria of Soul Garden Companion will be gracing those who stop by her station with her wise and spirit-guided life path readings
~ Life path readings are an illuminating and intimate way to explore the inner landscape of what Spirit is co-creating with you, in the unseen realm
Wet and Dry Sauna:
~ Share a hottie sit 'n chill with an outdoor wet and dry sauna that seats up to six!
Ecstatic Dance Station:
~ Dance it out with silent disco headphones, as a a pre-recorded DJ mix by Ana shares fluid, shamanic beats mixed with deep house, affirmations and incantations, hip hop, bass music and more!
~ Ana and Victoria will share a LIVE set! As Victoria graces us with her beautiful, melodic voice, Ana is on the decks, spinning harmonious house music to provide a truly VIBEY music performance.
Hot 'n Cold Plunge Station:
~ Bring your swimsuit! Anyone who desires will enjoy a healthful cold plunge in a dedicated tub to assist in metabolic health and longevity
~ Hop into the infinity jacuzzi close to the cold plunge tub, and feel free to switch between the two!
Floating Sound Bath
~ BRING YOUR OWN FLOATY! To close this sacred space, we will end with all participants who would like may enter the pool or jacuzzi while floating on an inner tube or inflatable floating mattress, amidst a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.
~ If you do not have a floaty/don't want to purchase one, you may lounge in a sun chair near the pool.
