About this Event

Step away from swipe culture. Step into real connection.

Location

Set in the breathtaking landscape of Kangaroo Valley in southern NSW where rolling green hills stretch into the horizon and mist drifts softly through quiet mornings. This is a transformative and playful weekend for singles aged 35–45 ready to explore authentic connection.

Through immersive experiences in nature, embodied workshops, shared group play, and honest deep-dive reflections, you’ll step beyond surface interaction and into something real.

Across one immersive weekend you will:
  • Reset your nervous system and reconnect to yourself
  • Understand your relationship patterns and needs
  • Practice honest communication and vulnerability
  • Experience and immerse yourself in intimate, non-verbal connection through partner-based movement exercises and tango workshops.
  • Share meaningful moments in nature, water, firelight, and community
  • Explore beautiful waterholes, hikes and kayaking fun along the beautiful rivers of kangaroo Valley

Who it is for:

For singles aged 35–45 who:

  • Feel ready for committed love
  • Value emotional depth and honesty
  • Want connection beyond surface dating
  • Balanced men and women.

The Intention:

Create a safe space to explore whether you are truly ready for a committed relationship.

Through guided reflection and real connection, you’ll discover:

  • Recognise your inherent worthiness to love and be loved
  • Understand what you can authentically give within a relationship
  • Clarify what you truly need to feel safe, seen, and fulfilled
  • Identify patterns that may limit connection — and learn how to shift them
  • Practice communication and vulnerability that is mutual, conscious, and emotionally real.

While we do challenge our vulnerabilities in our workshops, this retreats also is about having fun as a group. Laugh. Trust. Connect.

So love can begin from wholeness, not longing

Fitness Requirements

Participants to be reasonable fit to hike and kayaking between 2-3hrs with moderate fitness level. Kayaking will involve the lowest rapid levels and hiking to experience some steep climbs and climbing over boulders.

Connection & Embodied Practices

Throughout the retreat, we will explore guided partner-based movement practices such as couple yoga and introductory tango.
These experiences involve mindful physical connection and respectful body contact as a way to explore trust, presence, and communication through movement.
All exercises are guided with clear boundaries, consent-based facilitation, and options to participate at your comfort level. No prior experience is required — only an openness to connect, move, and learn.
Your comfort and safety are our priority at all times.

Places are limited to 22 guests.

Pricing

The Whole Package: $790
All prices include transportation throughout the weekend, food, activities, workshop and accomodation.
Accomodation will be glamping style experience and shared between 2 people (2 x single beds).

Booking closes on Sunday 22nd March.

Meet your host:

Hey, I’m Maz. I run retreats for people who are done with surface-level connection and want something real, the kind you can feel in your body, not just understand in your head. I’ve studied psychology for over five years and worked as a provisional psychologist, and I’ve facilitated 60+ workshops with 1,000+ people blending authentic relating, vulnerability practices, breathwork and meditation, plus fun embodied partner exercises that get people laughing, softening, and actually connecting. I’m also a nature lover, and a big part of the magic for me is doing this work outdoors, slowing down, breathing deeper, and letting the land help us remember what matters. My style is energetic and enthusiastic but grounded, and my intention is simple: create a space where you can drop the armour and leave feeling more alive.

Dietry requirements:

Foods are based on locally sourced ingredients from ‘Farm to table’ concept. Vegetarian dishes can be provided upon request. All allergies are to be notified through email for alternative arrangements to be made. That wont be a problem.

Guest may bring their own snacks, refreshments during afternoon and morning tea will be provided throughout the day.
