The Shield of Hope Gala is one of The Salvation Army of Greater Baton Rouge’s most important annual fundraising events, bringing together community leaders, partners, and supporters for an unforgettable evening with purpose. Proceeds from the gala directly support local programs that provide addiction recovery services, emergency shelter, disaster relief, and family stability initiatives—helping individuals and families move from crisis to independence.
Guests will enjoy an elegant evening featuring an open bar, a silent auction, and a powerful paddle raise opportunity to directly invest in life-changing programs. The night will include heavy hors d’oeuvres by Bacon & Fig Catering and a high-energy live performance by the Chase Tyler Band.
