About this Event

Sales growth happens when we create a clear and repeatable journey that helps the right people discover your business, become customers, and continue buying from you.

To learn how to optimize your own sales process, join the Grow to Lead Network for Women Entrepreneurs for an in-person Sales Growth Forum for Women Entrepreneurs on Friday, September 18th, at the Small Business Centre in Belleville.

Attendees can choose between two optional workshop times:

  • 9:30 am–11:30 am
  • 1 pm–3 p.m.

Led by Grow to Lead Network Community Leader Kerry Ramsay and Program Lead Cheyanne O'Driscoll, the forum is designed to help you step outside the day-to-day activity of selling and look at the bigger picture of how sales actually happen in your businesses.

Through guided exercises, small-group discussion, and shared learning, participants will examine their current sales journey, identify gaps and opportunities, and determine where to focus their sales efforts over the next 30 days.

By the end of the forum, participants will:

  • Understand the four key drivers of sales growth
  • Map how customers currently move through their business
  • Identify gaps where potential sales may be getting lost
  • Take inventory of their current offers and how they connect
  • Identify opportunities to generate more qualified leads
  • Strengthen their approach to sales follow-up
  • Choose one clear sales growth priority for the next 30 days

Space is limited, so register today!

Light refreshments will be served.
