The Sacred Space - 1 Day Retreat

One Day Retreat.

Take a day off from society and get back to your Divine self, to the holiness around us, to the spiritual dimension our world disconnects us from, to the Sacred Space that we constantly step out from. Get back to you, get back to the Oneness, thanks to our shamanic medicine and our incredible facilitators, to sound and music healing, and to the amenities and healing power of this energetically incredible venue.
Detox fructarian refreshments available all day with top quality seasonal fruit and nut.
Phone detox optional but highly advised.
RETREAT SCHEDULE
11 am: Community arrival, refreshments, enjoying the healing power of the SPA (sauna, hot tub, ice bath)
12.30 pm: Opening circle with cacao ceremony for healing, reconnection with intuition, and intention setting
12.45 pm: Cleansing to prepare for the day with kundalini tantra and breathwork, and sound healing, for chakra healing, activation and integration
2.15 pm: Spiritual Salsa lessons for somatic healing
3.15 pm: Kambo serving and music healing with musica medicina
6 pm: Hapé serving to reset
7 pm: Closing circle

Yoga mat

Layers of warmer clothes

A kimono or the like

IMPORTANT:
Kambo requires to follow a special diet prior the event, and in certain health conditions Kambo is not advisable. Participants will be required to follow a DIETA 3-5 days prior the event (more info will be provided on the DIETA). If taking pills of any kind, the pills will need to be discontinued 5 days prior the event. If the pills cannot be discontinued, then Kambo cannot be administered. Part of the Kambo experience is purging (stomach and/or intestinal cleansing), but the experience is short (15-30 min) and it is scientifically proven to facilitate long lasting remarkable spiritual experiences.
