Rather than focusing on techniques, or emptying the mind, this meditation emphasizes quiet trust and reverent waiting before God. Participants are gently guided into stillness through Scripture, prayerful reflection, and intentional rest, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and minister according to God’s will. The goal is not performance or productivity, but presence—making room for God to speak, comfort, restore, and renew.

This gathering is designed for those who feel overwhelmed, spiritually distracted, emotionally tired, or simply in need of a holy pause. Whether you are new to meditation or familiar with sitting quietly before God, this space is open and welcoming. No experience is required. Come as you are.
