The Sacred Pause is a ceremonial gathering for women who are ready to step out of urgency and into the ancient rhythm of their body. A gentle rebellion against a world that teaches us to override our intuition, silence our emotions, and abandon our softness.
This is a space to come home to yourself ✨
Join Kayla and Najla this International Women's Day, and allow yourself to be guided by sound, movement, and ritual, as this experience unfolds like a sacred spiral 🌀 slow, intuitive, and deeply nourishing.
You will be held in:
✨ a slow, womb-centred flow, inviting your body to open and soften in its own time
✨ continuous sound healing, weaving through the practice and rituals like a protective cocoon, guiding your nervous system into rest and remembrance
✨ feminine embodiment practices that awaken sensuality, intuition, and inner listening
✨ a guided womb healing ceremony, honouring the womb as a portal of emotion, memory, creation, and wisdom
This is not about pushing for transformation. It is about allowing.
This space is for you if:
~ you feel called to slow down and drop into what lives beneath the surface
~ you are longing for ritual, not performance
~ you crave a space where emotions are sacred, not inconvenient
~ you want to honour Women's Day in devotion to your body and inner landscape
No experience is needed, only a willingness to arrive ♥️

- WHEN: Sunday, March 8th
- TIME: 6:30-9pm
- WHERE: Hot Room with heat turned off (there will be residual heat, so dress lightly)
- INVESTMENT: $60+hst
- WHAT TO WEAR: something feminine, light, and flowy that you can move in
- WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water, bolster or cushion, journal and pen
