There are moments in the year when we are invited to do more than simply set intentions.
We are invited to cross a threshold.
The Sacred New Year is a transformational evening created around the New Moon of Libra and the sacred month of Tishrei—a time associated with balance, reflection, renewal, forgiveness, and the beginning of a new spiritual cycle.
Together, we will enter a ceremonial space designed to help us consciously release the year behind us and create a new energetic foundation for the year ahead.
Through a powerful fusion of Kundalini Yoga, Kabbalistic wisdom, Psychospiritual Somatic Breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and sacred ritual, we will explore the symbolism of Libra—the scales—and ask ourselves:
What in my life has become unbalanced?
What am I ready to forgive?
What patterns, attachments, fears, and old identities am I no longer willing to carry?
Where am I being called to choose differently?
And most importantly...
Who am I ready to become?
The evening will begin with a Kundalini and Kabbalah-inspired practice designed to awaken the heart, clear stagnant energy, and bring the body, mind, and spirit back into greater alignment.
We will then enter The Weighing of the Soul, a symbolic ritual of reflection and release inspired by the scales of Libra. Here, we acknowledge what belongs to the old cycle and consciously choose what we are ready to leave behind.
From there, we journey inward through Psychospiritual Somatic Breathwork, allowing the breath and body to access places that words alone often cannot reach. This practice creates space for emotional release, nervous-system regulation, insight, and transformation.
The breathwork will dissolve into a deeply restorative crystal bowl sound healing, allowing the body and energy field to integrate in stillness.
From that space of openness, we will create our Sacred New Year Declaration—not simply a list of things we want to manifest, but a conscious declaration of how we choose to live, love, serve, create, and show up in the year ahead.
We will close with meditation, mantra, and a blessing for balance, mercy, clarity, abundance, healing, and renewal.
This is not simply a New Moon gathering.
It is a sacred opportunity to honor what has been, release what has completed its purpose, and consciously step into a new chapter of your life.
Release the old.
Restore the balance.
Rewrite the story.
