This 90 minute immersive journey invites participants into the sacred mystery of the Venus Cycle, a celestial map of transformation woven through the language of the stars, ancient myth, chakra wisdom, and embodied ritual.
Guided by the ancient Sumerian story of Inanna’s Descent into the Underworld, we follow the luminous path of Venus through her 19 month sacred cycle as she moves from Evening Star into darkness, disappears beyond the visible sky, and rises again as Morning Star renewed, initiated, and reborn. Her journey becomes a mirror for our own cycles of surrender, descent, remembrance, and return.
Within this mythic passage, we explore the chakra gates energetic thresholds that arise during Venus’s descent, underworld passage, and ascent. Each gate offers an invitation into deeper layers of self: a place where insight may awaken, what no longer serves can be released, and forgotten aspects of the soul may be reclaimed.
These gates become portals for self inquiry, emotional alchemy, and spiritual evolution.
Participants will leave with a deeper sense of how the rhythms of the cosmos reflect the inner landscape of transformation revealing the sacred cycles of dissolution, rebirth, and becoming that live within us all and with practical tools for consciously walking these rhythms in their own lives.
Sharon Fortier is a guide in embodied transformation, weaving together the wisdom of the Venus Cycle, sacred myth, and intuitive bodywork to support deep healing and self remembrance. Through movement, fascia and lymphatic bodywork, meditation, and cyclical teachings inspired by Venus’s journey, she helps others reconnect with their bodies, inner rhythms, and innate vitality.
