Join Bill Sullivan, the Founder/Senior Director of @Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound as he brings his Sacred Gong Experience to Indiana for the second time ever at Mindfit Counseling in Carmel, Indiana.Using 14 Sacred Gongs, Giant Crystal Singing Bowl, Himalayan Bowls and other instruments you will be guided through a journey that will quiet the mind, release tension from the body and move you to an energetic Bliss.
The Gong, when used with Intention, has the potential to release trapped emotion and stored trauma, and stimulate the surface membrane of the billions of cells in the body. Gong Baths have been known to guide you to a profound state of being expansively present and deeply relaxed at the same time.
There is no experience needed, the session will meet you where you are and Bill will hold space for you on YOUR journey. It is suggested that you wear loose fitting comfortable clothes, you'll be asked to silence your devices and invited to remove your shoes (not required). The space will be set up for you with blankets, cushions, mats and nearly everything you need. If you aren't comfortable laying on a cushion on the floor there will be chairs if you'd prefer.
