The Sacred Gathering: Movement, Meditation, Activation

As the Sun sets in the West, we too, must go back to the beginning, before there was light, to do the work in the darkest parts of ourselves.

In addition to tools, such as, slow flow yoga, grounding breath work, restorative postures and reiki sound meditation, we seek to complete the circuit by challenging you to adopt a more holistic approach to the work you may already be doing.

You will leave this session with a special tool handcrafted by Phre, as a reminder of your commitment to self.
