There are moments in a woman's life when she knows she can no longer remain where she has been.

A chapter has reached completion. An old identity no longer fits. A vision keeps calling. A decision is waiting to be made. Something wants to be created, expressed, claimed, or lived and somewhere between who she has been and who she is becoming, she meets the threshold.

Crossing the Threshold is a fourhour immersive journey for the woman who is ready to meet herself at the edge of what comes next.

This is more than an afternoon of wellness. It is an intentional space for embodiment, inner work, courage, sisterhood, ceremony, and transformation.

Through somatic movement, breath, meditation, ritual, expression, sensual embodiment, reflection, manifestation, and connection, we will journey through the cycles of completion and becoming.

Together, we will explore:

MEETING THE EDGE
Where is life asking you to expand? Where have fear, uncertainty, old identities, or familiar patterns become a stronghold between you and what you know is possible?

THE HARVEST
Before we move forward, we honor what has been. We gather the wisdom, strength, lessons, beauty, and becoming that this season of your life has given you.

CLOSE THE CYCLE
Some things aren't meant to be carried into the next chapter. We consciously honor what has reached completion and allow what needs to die to remain behind, not because it was wrong, but because its season is complete.

ANSWER THE CALL
What keeps calling you forward? A new identity. A mission. A change. A creative expression. A courageous decision. A deeper truth. A different way of living. You don't need to have every answer. You need the willingness to listen.

THE BECOMING
Transformation isn't only something we understand with the mind. We bring the body with us. Through embodiment, movement, sensuality, imagination, and reflection, we begin the work of anchoring the identity we're stepping into.

RIPE
There are things you've been preparing for longer than you realize. We explore what is already ripe in your life what is ready to be claimed, expressed, created, experienced, or brought into the light.

THE CROSSING
Knowing is not the same as choosing. We close our journey by moving from insight into courageous action crossing the threshold between the life you've imagined and the life you're willing to participate in creating.

Feels herself standing at a life or identity threshold.

Knows a cycle is completing and something new is asking to begin.

Has a vision, mission, calling, truth, or expression she is ready to stop postponing.

Is ready to confront an internal stronghold that has kept her playing smaller than what she knows is possible.

Desires to live more bravely, courageously, visibly, and truthfully.

Is willing to meet herself at a deeper level.

And most importantly, is ready to do the work.

There will be moments throughout our journey for reflection, inquiry, intention, and integration.

Wear something comfortable that makes you feel powerful.
We will be moving, breathing, sitting, and connecting with our bodies, so choose clothing that allows you to move freely but don't be afraid to make it beautiful.

Beauty will be part of our practice.

We will work with the archetypal energy of beauty, adornment, and self expression as anchors for embodiment. Wear something that represents the woman you feel yourself becoming, the version of you who feels alive, expressed, sensual, courageous, grounded, powerful, or simply fully herself.

There is no dress code and nothing to perform.
