Join us for our Celtic Medicine Wheel Ceremony Series with Boston Sommer to take a break from the outside world & reconnect to your mind, body + soul.
🌀 Our September Ceremony Intention: to learn + cultivate a relationship with the South according to Celtic wisdom & tradition.
disclaimer: The Druids, Celts & Pagans believed in the Wheel of the Year & the 8 Sabbats. The Celtic medicine wheel is a modern adaptation to include symbology, rituals & teachings of the European lineage.

The South’s invitation for growth:
This is the season of action, vitality & celebration. Fire awakens your inner flame, asking: Where is passion ready to ignite? How can you live with more courage, love & creative boldness?
At Litha, the sun pauses at its peak, a reminder to savor abundance before the turning of the seasons. This is our last chance to honor the fullness of summer before moving toward harvest.
🤎 We will be praying with an ancient and powerful plant medicine, Cacao.
Cacao assists us in melting away the rigid, harsh walls we put up when we’re afraid, and opens our hearts to receive more joy, love, pleasure & fun.
She invites us to embrace life fully, like a spark of fire that warms us, ignites our dreams & helps us release what no longer serves.
Cacao makes a fantastic natural antidepressant because She releases dopamine, the body’s “feel good” molecule, and Boston will offer helpful insight as to how you can make Cacao a part of your daily life.
🌀 We will be tending to our inner flame & receiving healing through these practices: Prayer at the Altar, Shamanic Journeying & Community Connection Exercises.

This is a very sacred & ancient act of honoring the Divine, as well as showing our respect to the healing work we are participating in. In shamanism, we acknowledge that before we ask to receive, we give.
✨ A yoga mat + meditation pillow will be provided for you but feel free to bring a floor chair or extra cushions for your comfort.
