Your Garfield County Libraries invite you to step into a nourishing space where energy, movement, sound, and words come together to restore your sense of connection. This event series will take place on the first Tuesday of each month at 9 a.m. at the Parachute Branch Library and at 1 p.m. at the Silt Branch Library as well as on the first Sunday each month at 3 p.m. at the Glenwood Springs Branch Library. Led by Jessica Amber Barnum, each session blends gentle yoga, Reiki energy healing, immersive sound bath frequencies, and guided journaling to help you open your heart, listen to the wisdom within, nourish connection, and relax. Bring a journal, water, yoga mat, blanket, and anything else to help you feel comfortable lying down or sitting in a chair to experience the flow of Reiki and sound. Free and open to all adults.
