The Sacred Circle is a heart-centered gathering where we come together in sisterhood to share, reflect, and rise. In a world that asks us to constantly give, perform, and achieve, this is your time to simply be. To be witnessed. To be heard. To be held in compassion and truth.

During our time together, we will:

• Open with grounding meditation
• Share in intentional sister circle
• Explore guided reflection and journaling
• Experience gentle breath, sound, or energy practices
• Close in connection and collective intention

Each circle is intuitively guided and uniquely woven based on who gathers. No two are ever the same, we are always evolving.

Whether you are walking through transition, calling in something new, healing old stories, or simply craving authentic connection, there is a seat for you here.

Please bring:

• A journal + pen
• Water
• A pillow, blanket, or yoga mat for comfort
