Join us as we honor, celebrate and strengthen the bond between mother and daughter. Experience the possibility of deepened compassion and understanding through age-old practices and reverence for the Divine Mother -- seeing each other as resplendent women and acknowledging the feminine lineage from which we came. Gentle movement, breath practices, guided meditations and more will enhance our time together. While we will have partner experience, you may participate without bringing a partner or being a mother. This retreat is appropriate for adult daughters.

Heather Henry has been teaching heart-led yoga for 25 years. She looks toward nature, as divine expression, to connect to the rhythms that bring balance to our lives. She supports women to inhabit their whole body while taking responsibility for and designing their lives.
