Join Emily Sustar of The Motherhood Collective and Bethany Tracy of Amaris Healing for our third annual A Celebration of Motherhood. This is a special event celebrating mothers of all ages & phases. Our gift to you this Mother's Day is a collective space for honoring self love, community and connection. Let’s celebrate YOU with a yoga flow and a healing guided meditation supporting and empowering every mama; from planning of conception, pregnancy, postpartum, mothers of loss, adoptive mothers, to grandmothers and everything in between.
90 minutes of yoga with an energy healing meditation will be followed with coffee, tea, and brunch catered by our local People's Food Co-Op. Gifts from local businesses will be given away as well!
This is a perfect gift to yourself or another mama in your life this Mother's Day, the sweetest Girl's Day activity, or a great way to support your partner, Dad's!
