A fall workshop to shed, release and ground through somatics, sound and reflection
About this Event

As autumn sets in and leaves begin to transform and fall to the ground, this natural shift invites us to do the same: shed what’s no longer needed. So often, we navigate our daily lives carrying so much—stored tension in our bodies, constant mental vigilance, and expectations, habits and mindsets that are unhealthy or exhausting.

Join us for The Sacred Art of Surrender, a restorative fall workshop designed to help you slow down and gently release physical and emotional tension with grace. Through a blend of  psychoeducation, gentle movement, and acoustic sound therapy, you will cultivate a sanctuary of safety within your own body and identify what to release and what to surrender to.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding Meditation: Anchor to the earth element to calm the nervous system.
  • Psychoeducation & Guided Journaling: Learn the difference between letting go and surrender and how to apply both to your life during this season.
  • Gentle Asana & Somatic Movement: Soften physical holding patterns, release stored tension, and reconnect to the present moment through your body.
  • Restorative Sound Bath: Melt into an extended, immersive acoustic journey designed to help you surrender completely into deep, restorative rest.

When we align with the rhythms of fall, we give ourselves permission and courage to let go,  recalibrate our nervous systems, and make space for rest and intentions.

Who This Is For:

Anyone seeking a quiet, supportive space to reset and embrace the beauty of slowing down, while being in a supportive community.
