The Sabbath Practice is a 4-week class focused on building a rhythm of rest in your everyday life.
In a culture that rarely slows down, many of us are running on empty—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This class explores a different way of living by setting aside one day each week to stop, rest, and reset. Together, we’ll learn how to step out of the constant noise and into a rhythm that creates space for joy, peace, and renewal.
