Tiblow Trot doesn't do flat. Every hill on this course stacks up like a staircase, and staircases have a funny way of turning into a montage the second you stop counting them. We're taking on the 2K, 5K, and 5 mile, and coming face to face with this course out in the heat might test our will to survive.
My look isn't ready to spill yet, but I've got a creed I don't preach so much as run, and it was forged somewhere colder than Kansas City in August. I'll be rising up to the challenge of our 5 mile, and I'm not walking into Tiblow without a few rounds of practice behind me.
Lace up. Bring lungs. There's a card of hills to fight through, and only one way across the finish line.
