Big Chief Joseph Boudreaux Jr. bring their electrifying Mardi Gras Indian funk to The Get Down. Featuring seven GRAMMY-nominated musicians, this powerhouse ensemble fuses the timeless grooves of The Meters and The Neville Brothers with brass-fueled energy and the vibrant pageantry of the Black Masking tradition. Their live show is a kaleidoscope of color, rhythm, and call-and-response that turns any room into a second line celebration.
The group’s debut album “Live at the Maple Leaf” earned a 2024 GRAMMY nomination, and their follow-up “Stories From The Battlefield” is nominated again in 2025. The Rumble is not just a band—it’s a cultural experience that connects deep musical heritage with the sound of the next generation.
