The Royal Path: Raja Yoga Meditation Workshop

This workshop series offers a structured introduction to Raja Yoga, the classical path of meditation and mental discipline as outlined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Blending philosophical clarity with practical experience, this workshop is designed to support students and teachers in developing a deeper understanding of the mind, a sustainable meditation practice, and a grounded approach to inner stillness.

This workshop integrates lecture, guided practice, and reflection, creating a balanced and accessible learning environment.

An introduction to the architecture of consciousness, including the five vrittis (mental fluctuations), the kleshas, and the stabilizing role of the Yamas and Niyamas.

Includes guided meditation and reflective inquiry.
