Step into a sacred and nurturing space designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect with your heart.The Rose Breath Ritual is a ceremonial-style breathwork experience that blends guided breath, powerful music, and intentional ritual to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner renewal.
In this session, we gather in circle and open the space with intention before moving into a guided breathwork journey. Through rhythmic breathing and carefully curated music, the body is invited to soften, unwind stored tension, and access deeper layers of awareness.
The rose has long symbolized transformation, beauty, and the unfolding of the heart. Just as a rose blooms in its own time, this ritual invites you to gently release what no longer serves you and open to the next phase of your becoming.
During the evening you will experience:
• Guided breathwork
• Nervous system regulation and emotional release
• A ceremonial flower mandala altar
• Oil anointing ritual
• Journaling and reflection
• Integration and grounding
This experience is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, restore inner balance, and leave feeling clearer, lighter, and renewed.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. Simply come as you are.
Preparing for the Ritual
To support a deeper and more comfortable experience, please arrive with mindful preparation:
• Eat light, nourishing foods on the day of the ritual
• Consider fasting for 2–3 hours prior to the session
• Avoid caffeine the day of the event (herbal tea is fine)
• Come hydrated and wear comfortable clothing
• Take a few moments before arriving to become conscious of your energy and set an intention for the evening
Entering the space with presence and awareness allows the breathwork journey to unfold more naturally and deeply.
