That means it contains adult language and adult topics not normally presented at Homewood Theatre. If this play were a movie, it might receive a “PG-13” or “R” rating.
In this “After Dark” show, Ellise’s character is recently divorced and needs a roommate to share her Iowa home. Jan’s character needs a place to hide and a chance to start over. One of them has secrets and the other has a secret desire to start over. They are an odd couple that learn from each other.
