The Rock Reset Retreat

The Rock Recovery Reset is a monthly, guided retreat designed to help you recover, recharge, and reset your nervous system — mind, body, and soul.

Held on the first Saturday of each month from 10 AM to 3 PM, this five-hour experience includes:

• Guided cold plunge + infrared sauna rotations
• Mobility and stretch therapy session
• Breathwork and meditation session
• Gentle yoga flow to close the day
• Light refreshments and beverages from Anchor Point Café

Optional enhancements (available to add on at checkout or during your visit):

Check in opens at 9:45 AM. Please bring comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, towel, and water bottle.
