🤫 The Roaring Twenties Return under the Arches!THEY’RE BACK! By popular demand, Silent Movie Night returns to the iconic Station East this January! 🎬✨
We are kicking off the new season with a bang—or rather, a perfectly timed pratfall—with a double bill featuring the legendary "Great Stone Face" himself, Buster Keaton.
Join us under the railway arches for an evening of vintage hilarity, brought to life as it was meant to be experienced: with live, improvised piano accompaniment by the incredibly talented Aura Mae 🎹.
🎦 THE FILMS:
🏠 One Week (1920): Buster and his new bride attempt to build a DIY kit house in just one week. What could possibly go wrong? FUN FACT: The iconic spinning house during the storm scene was actually built on a giant turntable just to get the shot!
👻 The Haunted House (1921): Buster plays a bank clerk who ends up trapped in a house rigged with ridiculous contraptions and "ghosts." A masterpiece of mechanical gags.
