Brother Sage Gillam and the Rev. Dr. Michael C. R. Nabors will present on the Ampy Family and the Underground Railroad. A history of 9 generations from Africa to the American Deep South, one family, but two routes north towards a better future. Once unknown to each other, Brother Sage and Rev. Dr. Nabors realized their incredible family connection. Their presentation will trace the origins of this remarkable, historic Black family.
