The Riverside Hotel's Girls' Night Out - Dinner Buffet

This event will take place in The Aspen Room. There will be plenty of seating for everyone, but seating is NOT assigned and choosing seats will be on a first come, first served basis.

Join us for a delicious buffet at our event, featuring a variety of fresh salads, hearty entrees, and delightful desserts. Enjoy options like a vibrant salad bar, creamy mac and cheese, and flavorful caprese chicken. Plus, indulge in sweet treats at our dessert station. There’s something for everyone to enjoy!

MENU

· Salad Bar- Choices of mixed greens; Romaine lettuce; kale; and arugula with side accompaniment of diced red beets, sunflower seeds, shredded carrots, parm cheese, blue cheese, diced eggs, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, red onions, freeze dried sweet corn, cucumbers and vegan bacon bits along with assorted dressings.

· Quinoa bowl- Quinoa, orange segments, pomegranate, roasted butternut squash, kale, pumpkin seeds, roasted peaches, crispy chickpeas and toasted almonds topped with a basil yogurt dressing.

· Avocado Berry Toast- Crostini topped with mashed avocado, goat cheese, and mixed berries.

· Veggie Tray- Assorted roasted, pickled, and raw veggies with ranch, hummus, and tapenade.

· Mac and Cheese- cavatappi noodles baked in a five cheese sauce with a crispy seasoned bread crumb topping.

· Smashed red potatoes

· Caprese Chicken- chicken breast with pesto cream, sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil and balsamic reduction.

· Sweet potato fries and classic fries- with sides of ranch and fry sauce.

· Mini waffle and crepe station- Small pearl sugar liege waffles and crepes with accompaniments; whipped cream, maple syrup, Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream, mixed berry sauce, powdered sugar, Nutella, bananas foster sauce, butter pads and chocolate sauce.

· Hot Chocolate Station- Hot chocolate, hot white chocolate, and Mexican hot chocolates with serving accompaniment of sprinkles, whipped cream, caramel sauce, marshmallows, white chocolate and dark chocolate shavings, crushed peppermints, cinnamon, and soft top cream.

· Sweets station- assorted mini cookies, assorted mini cupcakes, macarons, dessert bars, assorted croissants, mini trifles, cake pops, assorted mousses, mini churros, powder sugar donuts, and assorted other mini desserts.
