Join us for The Ritual: A Winter Solstice evening retreat at Growth & Gratitude. Experience the magic of the Winter Solstice and return to the light with a grounding and nourishing Yin Yoga practice, longer relaxations, and the opportunity to set intentions for the upcoming year through ancient rituals.Indulge in a cup of Cacao and a home-baked treat as you journal and reflect on the past year. This workshop is perfect for those looking to nourish their mind, body, and soul during the winter season & honour the darkness and all it has to offer us.
Katie will guide you through TCM inspired Yin Yoga & relaxation through Crystal Bowls drawing on the water element to bring us into balance for the winter season.
Niamh will guide us through our Yule Ritual to welcome in the light to guide us through the winter & protect us during the darker months.
In our ancient rituals, a candle is often lit to denote fire, a shell to represent water, a feather for air, and a crystal for earth. We'll create ourselves our own Yule log to symbolise bringing forward light within the dark.
You can expect, Yin Yoga, Crystal Bowls & Sound Therapies, Journalling & Creating our very own Yule Log through a ritual meditation & protection magic.
We'll close with a burning ritual (weather dependent) or cleansing circle & Cacao.
This is a truly magical evening to gather together to nourish your mind, body & spirit.
