The Ripple Effect: A Yoga + Contrast Therapy Experience

Join us for an intimate gathering of 15–25 community members — combining guided yoga, sauna, and cold plunge with something most wellness events leave out: a real conversation about impact.

We’re opening with Tatiana Hernandez, CEO of Community Foundation Boulder County, who will share the most pressing needs in our region right now, what’s already working through initiatives like the All In Boulder County campaign, and simple, tangible ways you can get involved. This isn’t a passive talk — it’s an invitation.

Then we move. A guided outdoor yoga flow led by Jamie Miller, founder of Seva Collective, followed by a contrast therapy experience (cold plunge + sauna) to reset your nervous system and ground everything in your body.

Seva means selfless service. This event is built around that idea — that awareness leads to action, and action creates ripples.
