The Right Talent Right Now Symposium (NDEAM)

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) (October):

The theme for 2025 is "Celebrating Value and Talent." This theme emphasizes the valuable contributions of people with disabilities to the workforce and economy, as well as the importance of supportive workplace policies.

This year, Eleversity celebrates employees with learning disabilities and the employers who hire and support them. These employers recognize the strengths, creativity, and unique perspectives that individuals with learning disabilities bring to their organizations. They also demonstrate how inclusive practices—such as accessible training, flexible accommodations, and supportive workplace cultures—create opportunities for employees to thrive and for businesses to grow.

Together, we honor the resilience of individuals with learning disabilities, the commitment of inclusive employers, and the shared belief that talent, when given the right support, benefits everyone.
