Kick off your first fall weekend with The Right Shoe Saturday Morning Run Series! Between September and May we'll be hosting a super fun series of monthly runs around Kits, featuring shoe demos from our favourite brands, running talks with elite runner and personal trainer Gemma Slaughter and themed runs when there's something on the calendar to celebrate together! You know, ghosts and goblins, jingle bells, Leprechauns ... you get the picture!

First up! Join us September 21 for an organized 6km community run followed by an injury prevention seminar with our fabulous lead runner Gemma. Learn about the three most common running injuries and how to prevent them. Bring your questions and get ready to learn about how to stay injury-free during your fall-winter training.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, this event is designed to help enhance your running experience.

Event Highlights:

Scenic 6km Run: Take in the breathtaking route along the seawall and through the Kits neighbourhood.

Injury Prevention and Seminar: After the run, join us back at the store for Gemma's talk on the three most common running injuries and how to prevent them.

Pace Groups: Our run leaders from The Right Shoe will guide pace groups to ensure everyone finds their optimal stride, whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out.

Post-Run Festivities:

• Coffee & Snacks: Enjoy a cup of delicious coffee and complimentary post-run snacks.
• Draw Prizes: Stand a chance to win fantastic draw prizes.
