We invite you to join us 1/17 for our yearly transformative winter day retreat. Isabel, Monika and Lex have created an intentional day of journeying through the uprising of the heart .

From silence to voice
From exile to return
Rage as a medicine that guides us home.

Our stories are woven with moments of silenced voices, shame for speaking up, and seeking ways to numb what we didn’t yet know how to hold.

And yet… here we are. Still growing, still healing, and courageously returning to who we truly are.
Together, we’re showing up for our inner child, inner teen, and young adult selves.
Allowing all parts of our multifaceted beings to be seen, heard, and received by the world.

This retreat is an invitation to rise with us, to remember, and to return to your own heart.
