Set within the beautiful surroundings of Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa in the New Forest, this experience brings together powerful coaching, therapeutic insight, movement, sound, reflection and deep restoration.

Throughout the experience, Leilah will guide you through transformational coaching and carefully designed exercises exploring identity, self-trust, limiting beliefs, emotional patterns and the unconscious ways we disconnect from ourselves.

You’ll experience moments of powerful insight alongside opportunities to slow down and reconnect with your body through yoga, sound healing, guided reflection and restorative practices.

There will be beautiful food, meaningful conversations, space to breathe, moments of laughter and connection with other women — while still giving you the space to turn inward.
