The Return Documentary Screening

Join Pray March Act for a special screening of The Return, followed by a moderated conversation and audience Q&A.
About this Event

Pray March Act invites our community to a special screening of The Return. This gathering will create space for reflection, conversation, and community around the film's themes. PMA continues to create opportunities for Christians to engage issues affecting our neighbors with faith, wisdom, and courage.

The film tells the story of Jonathan Irons, who spent 23 years incarcerated following a wrongful conviction, and the extraordinary advocacy that contributed to his release in 2020. His story gained national attention when Hall of Fame basketball player Maya Moore stepped away from her professional career to support efforts surrounding his case.

This event provides the space to listen, learn, reflect, and engage with issues of justice, incarceration, restoration, advocacy, and the human impact of the criminal legal system
