The Restorative Reset

Join Combat Boots and High Heels for Restorative Reset, a free wellness event for Women Veterans/Service Members and Women Supporters. Guided by Sarah Sandkuhl and Maria Luxe, this 90-minute experience will include restorative yoga, pelvic floor foundational movement, and breathing techniques designed to release tension, support nervous system regulation, and help participants reconnect with their bodies. Wellness focused nutritional refreshments and snacks will also be provided by La Bruja Como (Women Veteran Owned Latin Inspired).
