Winter is the season of the Kidney and Bladder Meridians, the energetic pathways that govern our core life force, resilience, and emotional balance. In nature, winter is a time of turning inward, conserving energy, and nourishing our roots—an invitation for us to do the same.
In this experience, you will be guided through:
❄️ Qigong & Breathwork for the Water Element
Led by Gwyn Davis, this gentle yet powerful practice supports the Kidney and Bladder Meridians—the pathways of inner strength and release. Through flowing forms, breath awareness, and mindful movement, you’ll be guided to restore your reserves, soften tension along the back body, and cultivate calm, grounded presence.
These practices help regulate fear, strengthen willpower, and recharge the body’s energetic “batteries.”

Relax into a nourishing soundscape created by Kelsey Elledge and Natalie McCalla, featuring crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, and other healing instruments. These vibrational frequencies support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner stillness—mirroring the quiet, reflective nature of winter.
