To all those who identify as a Mother, no matter what age, or phase of this journey, this is a retreat for your whole self unwind, slow down, and rest.
Returning to Holwell Holistic Retreat Centre for the fifth time, this has become a special annual Autumnal offering that Carolyn LOVES sharing.
Expect nurturing and inclusive yoga practices, reflective journaling, restorative care, Forest Bathing and sauna morning - plus that grounding sense of support that comes from women coming together with a shared understanding - no matter how different our paths are.

Explore soft, intuitive and Restorative Yoga, letting go of expectations of what yoga 'should' look like, and leaning into how you FEEL allowing your mind-body to guide the way.
Just like we find our own way as mothers, practising acceptance, softening and letting go (as hard as this can be at times), we find our own way on the yoga mat too.
Everything is optional throughout the retreat. This is your weekend to look after you, any way you need. Naps are always a strong option here.
