Teacher Bio:
Aubree is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and lifelong student of ancestral traditions, with a deep commitment to daily mindful practice and study. Aubree's yoga journey was born out of the spirit of healing, inspiring her to pursue advanced training in trauma-informed yoga and Elevated Yoga. Aubree's teaching style embraces hybridity within the whole being, offering a nurturing and intentional approach that creates a space for students to explore the therapeutic and transformative aspects of yoga.
