When was the last time you rested, like really rested, for an entire day, a day created and planned solely for your relaxation, ease, and joy?

Consider this your invitation to chill completely: a one-day, women-only, mostly silent, meals-provided retreat focused on pure, total rest.

We need rest. Our bodies, minds, and souls require it (all seven kinds!) to thrive and live our best, most vibrant lives. This retreat will provide just that, pausing your normal life for one full day of quiet and self-care, addressing every type of rest in a beautiful setting with like-minded souls.

We will take the very best of fall – a roaring fire, hot tea, plush blankets, warm companionship, crisp air - and gift ourselves eight hours of deep rest, setting the tone for the remainder of the year (and hopefully, the remainder of our lives!).

Imagine forest bathing, journaling with doodles (and maybe self-love letters), poetry, breathwork, guided meditation, somatic movement, a sound wash, Yoga Nidra, an extra-long naptime, and closing out the day with an intimate and cozy tea circle. (Spoiler: there will be one-on-one card readings as well!) Basically, all the most zen ways to tell the world: “Not today, chaos.”

Leave refreshed, centered, and grounded, ready for real life again, with your sanity (and sense of humor!) restored.
