The Resonant Self - A guided energy awareness and sound journey

Most of us don’t realize how disconnected to our bodies we’ve become, until we finally stop long enough to feel it.

Life moves fast. We adapt. We cope. We keep going.
And without realizing it, our bodies & nervous systems stay stuck in “on” — leaving us overstimulated, overloaded, and quietly burnt out.
We were never taught how to come back into ourselves in a way that feels grounded and manageable.

That’s why The Resonant Self was created — a 6-month monthly workshop series beginning this April, where participants learn how to ground, cleanse, protect, raise their vibration, and work with their body’s main energy centers (chakras), ultimately building a personal, usable toolkit for supporting themselves energetically in everyday life.

INTRO TO THE RESONANT SELF

This experience is for anyone curious about reconnecting with their body, their energy, and their inner awareness through sound and attention, in a grounded, practical way.
These sessions will take place inside the link’s 360 Immersive Studio, where floor-to-ceiling visuals and spatial sound surround you completely — reducing distraction and supporting presence, so you can settle in more naturally as you move through the experience.

During this Intro class, you’ll be gently guided through:
• arriving in your body
• noticing energy as sensation, attention, and internal pace
• experiencing sound, humming, and mantra as vibration (as information, not performance)
• slowing down enough to actually feel what’s happening inside
• beginning to build trust in your body’s signals and internal cues

No prior experience required.
Everyone above the age of 15 is welcome!
