Join us for a unique & transformative Sound Bath Ceremony, where the ancient power of sound frequencies and vibrations will guide you into a space of deep relaxation and healing — all inside the CCAC Center Gallery, surrounded on every side by this month's original art exhibit.

This curated experience uses a variety of sacred instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, a resonating gong, shamanic drumming, and more, all designed to immerse you in a profound journey of sound, now paired with a profound journey of sight.
This ceremony is for anyone seeking relief from stress, anxiety, or emotional blockages, and those wanting to experience the therapeutic benefits of sound. Whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, the ceremony offers a space for anyone ready to relax, renew, and connect to a deeper sense of well-being. And because the Center Gallery holds a brand-new exhibit every month, this exact pairing of art and sound exists for one evening only — next month's show will look completely different.
What to Expect:
In a peaceful, dimly lit Center Gallery, participants will be invited to lie down on yoga mats with blankets and pillows for comfort (bring your own), surrounded by original paintings. You'll be guided into a state of relaxation, closing your eyes and allowing the vibrations to wash over you. The sound waves will work on your physical, mental, and spiritual levels, aiming to cleare away tension and restore balance.
For those who are unable to lay down on the floor, we're happy to discuss alternative seating arrangements to ensure everyone can participate fully.
