Just as Kailash calls pilgrims from across Asia for transformation and release, Shasta calls seekers in the West to return to the center of themselves—through sound, silence, and the elemental embrace of the mountain.
Shasta offers a place to anchor the cosmic into the body, harmonizing earth and sky within the living temple of the self.
This 5-day immersive retreat follows the sacred energetic faces of Mount Shasta, structured as a ceremonial pilgrimage around the mountain—echoing ancient practices like the Tibetan kora, which honors sacred mountains through mindful circumambulation. Each day explores a different directional face of the mountain—East, South, North, and West—through breathwork, rhythm, voice, ceremony, and sound therapy.
