The Resonance Retreat

The Resonance Retreat was made for Gen X / Xennial / Millennial women who are dealing with increasing demands from all sides in this chapter of their personal and professional lives. We hold this space for you to get some breathing room: for self-reflection and renewal, community support from other women on a similar path, and new ways of thinking about how you prioritize yourself as a woman in our current culture and climate.

In addition, you'll walk away with practical skills in avoiding burnout, building resilience, as well as practicing meditation and yoga. And of course, plenty of unstructured time to just be - whether that's reading a book, taking a nap, or self-care at the spa.

You’ll step away from it all and learn (or re-learn!) to:

• Tune in to your wiser self, tap into your intuition, and get to know yourself again
• Begin reframing your viewpoint on the next phase of your life
• Amplify your inner voice, build resilience, and apply tangible practices once you get back home

• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on Friday and Saturday; breakfast on Sunday morning
