If you’ve been feeling stressed, wired, exhausted—or like you’re constantly pushing but never fully recovering—this is for you.
The Reset Session is a 2-hour guided experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and shift out of survival mode.
This isn’t just another workout.
And it’s not just “relaxation.”
It’s a structured blend of intentional movement + breathwork to help you:
- Release built-up stress
- Improve body awareness
- Support your mental and physical recovery
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this session is about learning how to actually reset—physically and mentally.
What to Expect
30-Minute Gentle Mat Pilates Led by Lindsay Weingartz
A slow, core-focused, mat-based flow designed to help you:
- Move with your breath
- Build deep core strength
- Increase awareness of how your body feels
You’ll finish this portion feeling more connected, grounded, and ready to transition into deeper work.
60-Minute Guided Breathwork Experience Led by Marty Bugbee
The Metamorphose Breathwork Experience blends multiple breathwork styles and healing modalities, including:
- Energy-releasing movement
- Guided breathwork rounds
- Past-self meditation
- Integration + optional sharing
This immersive experience uses music and coaching through binaural headphones to help you access a deeper state of relaxation and awareness.
Many describe it as something they’ve never experienced before.
Meet Your Facilitators
Lindsay Weingartz – Pilates Instructor
Lindsay blends a background in rehabilitation and exercise science with the core principles of Pilates. With a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, she’s passionate about helping you feel strong, connected, and confident in your body.
Marty Bugbee – Breathwork Facilitator
Marty is a military veteran and former first responder who discovered breathwork through his own journey with stress and wellness. His experience with this powerful modality led him to become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, guiding others through deep, transformative experiences.
Who This Is For
This session is perfect if you:
- Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally “on” all the time
- Struggle to slow down or fully relax
- Want to support your mental health in a practical way
- Are curious about breathwork but don’t know where to start
- Train regularly but know your recovery could be better
No prior Pilates or breathwork experience needed.
