Join us on Wednesday, October 9th at 6:30 PM for an evening dedicated to connection, self-care, and community at Haus Jayne.
The evening will begin with an inspiring talk from Lacey Castilleja Fisher, LPC-S, RPT-S, PMH-C — Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor — who will share practical tools and strategies for navigating stress and uncertainty in everyday life.
From there, we’ll open into a community circle chat, where you can listen, share, and connect through real stories and collective support.
Then, ground into your body with a 30-minute BYOM Pilates class led by Stephanie Crow, followed by a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath with Wendy Byrd.
