- **9:00 AM — Release:** an upbeat vinyasa to shake off October
- **10:40 AM — Ground:** a slow flow and breathwork to bring you back to center
- **12:20 PM — Rise:** a power flow to carry you into November feeling strong
Every class is followed by music, mimosas and a curated vendor market.
